Dr. Lauren Carter earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. She chose to remain in Chicago to continue her clinical and professional development, though Las Vegas will always feel like home. Her clinical background includes sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation, with specific experience in ACL reconstruction and meniscal repair. She integrates her neuroscience foundation and mild traumatic brain injury research experience to enhance rehabilitation outcomes and elevate performance.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys indoor and beach volleyball, cooking, and photography. She values learning about each patient’s goals, activities, and motivations to design individualized treatment plans that are both purposeful and empowering. Her focus is to help individuals not only return to their baseline, but exceed it.
